You are cordially invited to our Work in Progress Day, which takes place on the 7th of March in our worspace at Zadkine South.
Mediawharf is the praxis lab, which The Patching Zone and Kosmopolis Rotterdam have developed for Zadkine South. Zadkine South is the technical studies department of the ROC in Rotterdam South. In Mediawharf, ICT and Human Technology (HT) students are working on creative media assignments given by external principals. Over the last half-year the ICT and HT students have worked very hard in the Mediawharf and booked amazing results.
Therefore, The Patching Zone, Zadkine South and Kosmopolis Rotterdam would like to invite you to “Mediawharf: Work in Progress” on the 7th of March, 2013 from 15:00h at the Jan Ligthartstraat 250, room 0.85, in Rotterdam.
What is there to do? You can take part in the crash course programming and help building a game engine. Or design and compose an audio landscape with the help and guidance of the students. Would you rather shoot ghost ships? Then come and play the space ship shooter game at the mini arcade
The students will also be there to present and demonstrate their work of the past six months. The Patching Zone’s mentors are also present and pleased to inform you about the activities so far and the upcoming plans!
We are looking forward to seeing you on the 7th of March.
